I’ll have to get some better pictures of the screws for you but the weight was 32 grams and it is 18k gold I had a jeweler shoot it with the gunWelcome to Tnet.
That's a fantastic find if it is authentic Cartier.
But be aware that these bracelets are one of the most counterfeited jewellery items. Could we see some more pictures please, including the back, the Cartier mark and the screws?
Fashion & perceived value. Same reason people buy Louis Vuitton, Burberry, sneakers athletes where, expensive watches, expensive cars, etc etc etc.Nice find...I too hope it turns out to be legit.
I know it's "Cartier", but for the life of me I can't see why anybody
would spend $11,000 on a bracelet that has slot headed screws in
it for decoration. View attachment 2050323

That’s real.
I actually edited the picture to cover the serial number cause I didn’t want anyone claiming owner ship because all cartier love rings and bracelet come with a certificate of authenticity with the serial number and I’ve herd of people creating fake certificate to attempt to claim The itemWell, the weight is in range, but that's also the case for some of the better fakes, and the better ones may be 750 gold or gold-fill with a base metal core.
I don't see any of the usual red flags associated with the cheap fakes (which are much lighter in weight), so that's good so far. The only oddity I can see from the pictures so far is that the slope of the letters in the Cartier mark appears not to be consistent. Compare the slope on the 't' and the 'i' for example, versus an authentic Cartier mark:

I'm also curious as to why some of marks have been obliterated (in your pictures, or on the piece itself?):

Actual stamped Cartier pieces (I own one) are not all stamped as precise as a picture on a screen.Well, the weight is in range, but that's also the case for some of the better fakes, and the better ones may be 750 gold or gold-fill with a base metal core.

I added two more pictures of it put back together it’s a two piece cuff bracelets and takes screws to secure that if they become too loose will cause them to separateI have never seen gold break like that. Was there a feature at the break like a clasp or a hinge?
Thank you it’s definitely my best find til this day as far as value and modern jewelry, finding that second half was such a rush and still can’t believe it happened. I love telling the story to anyone who will listen 😂. It even got my brother into detecting with me on a regular basis after he witnessed the second half come out.I don't know how I missed this earlier, but congrats on an incredible find!
