Found this case gin at a give away price. It had so much dirt, grime, paint and other unknown residue on and in it. I laughed when I picked it up and said what a nasty bottle no wonder it's so cheap. As I was walking out of the antique shop to my car I thought how crude that bottle was so I went back to give it another look. Saw some inner beauty but wasn't sure I could bring it out. Took a chance and purchased it and I'm glad I did. Wish I had a before pic you wouldn't believe the transformation.

I think it's a great bottle. You did well

I think a few extra bubbles give charactor....yours has lots. Nice buy.

Good job with the images! I bought a case bottle that could've been blown from the same glass batch. I got it from a native living in a stilt-home on the bank of the Demarara River in Guyana. I gave it to a friend here as a souvenir. Years later, I got the bottle back, and am glad to have it.
