I had a decent day today, I found the other half to a Nu-Way “police” suspender buckle.
a small child’s porcelain tea pot and a celluloid spoon DCB14001-236D-4FDD-8614-487EC836BFC9.webphandle, some glass shirt buttons and a sweeeet purple glass marble with a swirl. This is the first evidence of kids in this Mill site. B857DF08-4BEF-42F6-917B-0A434A0F6B78.webp

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Highnam! Was just thinking that I hadn’t seen or heard from you in a while. Glad to see you’re still getting after it!

Hi, nice finds. Congrats:icon_thumleft: Love the old marble.

What is the orange piece? It looks like old ivory. Gary

Hey Washingtonian- I have to motivate myself to hike my ass up to this old mill site fighting off all the stinging needles, mosquitoes and wild undergrowth. Makes you appreciate hunting the woods in the winter!

I think it think it is a celluloid spoon handle...there is a tiny piece of iron attached at the end, probably where the metal spoon broke from the handle and there is a seam. I thought it was a smoking pipe bit when it first popped out

Nice hunt & cool saves, that marble is really awesome, congrats on all
