Just got back from my Mom in laws wake in WA state. she died in Dec, but wanted us to wait til spring to gather. I have to say it was the best celebration ever. of course there were tears, but there was laughter & memories & dancing & joyous love. couple hundred people there, some of her elementary school mates, all the way to new born great great nephews. it was a magical moment in all our lives. she was truly an amazing woman. scary at times, loved to yell & didn't hesitate to cus any of us out, but the smartest, stongest, & funniest woman I've ever known. I am truly blessed to have been accepted in to this family.

that is wonderful. celebrate life even if death is around. good choice!!!!

That's the way to celebrates one's memory, less stress and sweeter memories to take back home.

Too bad it's not for me. Me, I plan on living forever, so far, so good
