CELLAR HOLE HUNT with FOUNDATION HUNTER*COLONIAL BUTTONS

got back up to the sites we hit last week.today was button day for me and Gary.he also got a beautiful Nova Constellatio.
i get a merc and zincolns a cast iron train car and a broken up colonial shoe buckle
hey that's the way the ball bounces.
is that domed flying saucer shaped button colonial never dug one of these before.
a newer old bottle dump not far from site and eyeballed these 2 cobalt blue glass Noxema jars.

I found two blowhole buttons at our best site this year. The site produced 15 coppers and close to 50 buttons.

I have the exact same Blowhole button and they are certainly 1700's, in fact it came from the same site as the button I suspect to be a GW.
