So it's been a long dry summer. We haven't found anything in 6 months, been out looking at least 6 times. Thought today was going to be the same when right as we were getting ready to leave we spotted this one. The leaves were falling so fast they were covering every inch of gravel, only clear place to look was in the flowing water. We need rain so bad. Anyway, we were so happy to find something it made our day. Thanks for looking. sixeight

Good eye. I probably would have missed that one!!

:icon_thumleft: Very nice find! If I were you I would go back to that creek and walk it a little slower. I think I see a nice little flake knife, (circled).

Sweet find and great pics. I like the blush on the shoulder of the point.

Nice find, and I love the insitu photos. It is interesting to see how the patina changes on some points after they dry. HH

Good Eye guys! It was a flake. The white kinda stood out. Thanks for looking. sixeight
