£250,000 gold coin found in child's pirate treasure collection

I remember my grandpa giving me an indian head nickel when I was a kid and telling me someday it would be worth a lot of money. I don't have it anymore so I don't remember what year/mint it was etc. It's a safe bet though that it wouldn't be worth anything close to what the guy in the above article found in his "pirate treasure" coins his grandpa gave him as a kid....
