Thanks again! Just moved to CO from SoCal, doing some reading so I can hopefully find some beginner spots for metal detecting and panning for gold. Honestly I just like being outside and enjoying the little bit of hunting I can do. Looks like research is a big piece of what you all do, and I don't mind that at all. It's a history lesson and I enjoy history, especially in a new place.
I have done a lot of high altitude hiking and climbing and also have a lot of experience diving, I taught for years in Cali. Hoping those experiences help in my hunting game.
