I moved in October of last year. The "new" house has needed so many projects that IO haven't even worked on my motorcycle. Last night I came across my Minelab Xterra and said "this weekend" put batteries in it and set it by the door. Well got up too late to do a project saw the Minelab and took it outside. Checked around a tree found a bunch of junk a fawcet, fuses other stuff about 20 minutes into the hunt I found this. :-X

It took me a while to hunt out my own yard, I found a pocket full of coins and about 10 silver ones. Looking at the dates on the coins I would age my place is from the late 30's or 40's. Much of the coins fell in that range and a small trash pit contain a 1934 license plate. I been trying to figure a way to ask the neighbor if I could hunt his field(about 5 acres), he claims the house use to be a store and kids would walk there from the school that use to be up the road.

:icon_thumright:Good Find! Suggestion :sign13: put that first find in a coin holder and mark it First Find and the date. Betcha you'll be finding more reasons to work outside now! :laughing7:

Wow. I hope the neighbor gives you permission. That would give you quite an area to hunt.
