Suffered through some heat but had a nice day. The V-Nickel is, believe it or not, the best of all the ones ive dug. Soil in north jersey is not kind to copper. The Merc is in real nice shape. Thanks for looking...happy hunting all

Those poor nickels just hate being in the ground. I'd say the SWEET Merc made up for the condition. Excellent finds man.

I see my reflection in the Merc....wow! She's a beaut!

That Mercury sure has some Brand New Luster on it. Almost Blazing
Congrats on the Silver.

Congratualtions on the nice coin finds! :occasion14:

Fighting the heat paid off for you with some silvers and a nice v-nickel. That merc is Sweet and that v-nickel looks better then any I've ever dug.
Congrats!!

Congrats on the coins and that merc is a beauty

Nice hunt Murray.

Great finds, congrats on the "full bands"

It's brutal out there Chris. Glad to see you got a few holes in despite. I did 3-hours and went through a half gallon of water.

Anyway, I'm happy to see you were rewarded with some goodies. Nice

That Merc is stunning!! :occasion18: Warms my heart to see such beautiful finds.

And I've never dug a v-nick. What a great session! Neither Cal Ripken nor Eddie Murray nor Jim Palmer could do better!

Beautiful Mercury! Congratulations on all the finds.

Congrats on those 3 keepers Murray :occasion14: Both V & shield nickels are scarce in my area, it's always sweet to pull one of those out. That Merc is very crisp and silver is always nice to see in the hole.
