CHINESE JAR I.D.

I am sorry to all of you I post the image of the budah instead of the jar, so here it is the right one.
Hello fellows:
I am new in this forum but in my grandparents house they have a large jar as you can see in the pictures, someone can identify the signature? and how old it is? the dimensions are:1,27m height and 35 cm diameter at the lower section, then 50 cm of diameter at the upper section.

Is that a high gloss glaze on it? If it is ,then it would point more toward a Japanese Export item ,late 19th century.
 

Thanks a lot gypsyheart, the glaze is not glossy so what is your new date?, and can you give me an estimated value?
