I don't see any hint that it is asian. I do not know. Any marks at all. Is that roughness a salt glaze?

It is a salt glaze. Someone on eBay discussion identified it as kitchen Qing made at thend of the 19 th century

IT might be but I have my doubts to me it doesn't have enough wear
