Hoping someone can help me a friend of mine found this near a park I believe it's a ring appears to have some sort of hair in it any info would be awesome. Age and price would be appreciated

that thing would sure be huge to wear as a finger ring. Surely it's a hair holder of some sort.

i'm guessing a napkin ring? just a guess..or just maybe since it has hair on it..could be for a horse..horse bling for show horses
