Can you take a photo looking straight at the bit on that one?
If its beveled from both sides putting the bit in the center and straight it would be a Celt if its only beveled from one side it would be considered an adze which is basically more like hafted chisel.

I have never found a celt that nice, I have never seen one like that in my area, that is a super fine find
