just thought I'd check in, been down since monday, got a little case of heat stroke. a buddy took me to the ER and they pumped in about a gallon of fluid into me, doing better now. doc said to take it easy this week, I'm feeling a little weak but am getting better.

This guys name is Vince Bruce he is from as he says the west ..... of London!

He did his imitation of Lash Larue who he grew up watching on tv, he did the unicyclye, the whip trick in the wind still hit the card (who cares if it was on the second try) split a playing card in his own mouth, roped his
wife she is Anne Dubats while she was singing I want to be a Cowboys Sweetheart, he did lots of rope tricks!
Has that wonderful British sense of humor! He also holds the world record for # of Texas skips rope feat! 4011!

The Barrell man is Jeff (Slim) Garner 2nd generation 15 years as a rodeo clown. He has got lots of acts to impress the crowd but the ones he likes best are the biggest and loudest! (like you saw)
He also had some family time he had his baby with him she looked about 9 monthes old out in the arena with him during the team roping! The littlest of 5 kids .
His bullfighters at our rodeo were Shane Kenny he is 29 and done this for the past 6 years.
and Wacey Munsell 21 3rd generation and 7 years experence in 2004 he was the youngest ever to be allowed on the Two Bulls Pro. Bullfighters Tour! He has won lots of awards for his skill
He is also a champion in freestyly which means when a bull rider leaves the arena dont take your eyes off him, he will be doing something with the bull, if he has a chance!

Last night the stock was ready to go back in the pens after their non rides, even the 2 bulls they had to play with didn't want to play! DRAT!

The reason I put a little about theses young men on here is so those who dont have any idea about the bullfighters will understand they ARE NOT just clowns they risk life against 2000 lbs of bull to keep a rider SAFE! And they protect the crowd too I've been there 2 times when a bull got out in the crowd ! Last year I threw the kids in the back of a guys moving van and closed the door, as they were driving the bull the wrong way not the handlers but some drunks that wnted to be cowboys they thought they could handle it, at one point I was right in front of him!

But I just want people to realize what these youg men risk and riders owe them alot! And the pickup men to be there on time!



Oh the arena got new fence this year!

we praying for you, take care of yourself,

I guess at the LBH I should of warned you as you get older that hair gets thinner and more sun gets through to cook you

So you need to wear a hat, cool clothes and drink lots of fluids
