Hey everyone,I just heard that nana's charlie has been fishing and what a catch.He has pics of the troll and the landing.He's deadly on catfish.He had one a couple yrs ago but after he thought he had it corraled in a bag(plastic) it still got away from him.But with his exceptiona wrist action on the rod,this one he laned.He did have to fight it for quite some time,seemed liked days and days,I hear.So anyway,get on him to post the pics and the yarn.

Well not exactly... You see here in Alabama when we go catfishing it has a slightly different meaning than the rest of the country. First let me ask this question. When you go fishing do you ever have trouble when casting getting hung up in the trees?

Well since ya'll know i seldom do anything the easy way you can imagine some of my fishing holes. I once caught a nice bass while my line was hung over a branch and dangling the plastic worm on the surface.

bass fishing sometimes but mostly I skip the bait under them,

you two fishing that big catfish tournament in wewahitchka fl in 2 weeks?

I have learned that C4 will move the tree quite effectively away from your bait and give you just the right amount of room for a proper presentation

And did I say catfish.... uh I meant cat fishing

You see we have stray dogs here and today would have been day 22 for the cat to have been in the tree at approximately 60 to 80 feet up. I was able to use my fishing skills... ummmm maybe fishing unskills to help feed the cat during this time. He obviously wanted more food faster because he came down on day 22.
