Has anyone seen anything like this? Just trying to figure out what it is. I've found a lot of these buckles but never the other item. Looks like a cheese slicer

It looks exactly like the handle of my digging shovel(a wood cylinder fits over the thin circular bar), which is quite old.

Spot on Relic Nut! I recently preserved one and I was scratching my head on its ID for a while, until a friend mentioned what he thought it was.
