Civil War Relics.

Finally got a chance to use the manticore today after working a lot. I decided to revisit an old spot where I’ve pulled a handful of Civil War relics in the past and it didn’t disappoint.

Managed to dig a U.S. eagle button, a dropped Minie ball, what looks to be a sword scabbard ring, and several pieces I believe are shell sabots. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks for looking!

Nice , not just an eagle button, the button is of a Staff Officer. The sabot pieces look to be from the US 3" Dyer shell. Nice hunt !!
