Civil War Training Camp...

Hello friends..

I'm a private contractor and I'm currently doing a residential project across the street from a Civil War Training Camp for Coloured Persons. It's Camp William Penn just north of Philly in Cheltenham,Pa. Jay Cook,financier for the North funded this project and 10,000 coloured soldiers were trained here in 1863 and most were sent to Mass. The site is public and currently has a community center on the grounds that was built in 1882. I'm stoked and tommorow will sneak away for an hour and see what the Coil God's will giveth. Wish me luck and I'll report my findings ASAP.
