I went to the field where I found the roll of dimes today and didn't have a bit of good luck. Just a few newer coins and not worth the pic... I finally got around to counting my clad that I've found this year. I spent some of the quarters in drink machines. They were used for a great cause.

QUARTERS--285-------$71.25
DIMES-------409-------$40.90
NICKELS----201-------$10.05
PENNIES----745-------$ 7.45

TOTALS----1640------$129.65

I really was on a nice roll untill it got so dry that I didn't want to damage the grass so I hunted mostly where it didn't matter. I found 2 kennedy halves and 3 dollar coins also. You all have a good one and HH.

Dang-Lange-Lee thats SUPER! I found the easiest way to clean those coins up is to put them in a tumbler with some pea gravel from a tot lot, and a little Comet cleanser, and let them go over night. You don't have to seperate the clad from the copper. You just don't want to put any silver or other old coins in there. They will come out ready to put in rolls or spend as regular change. Way to go on the count! Keep em coming!

Not a bad clad count, that is a lot of deep knee bends an probably 3-4 more pieces of trash per coin, LOL! HH, Mike

Nice job! As you can see by my counter, I haven't gotten around to counting anything this year. Seems retirement keeps me a lot busier than I thought it would. LOL "Honey do this, honey do that".... ;D
Congrats!

Dang Langley, that's a nice pile of clad.
I love seeing it all stacked up like that.
I have mine in a big ole plastic pretzel bin,
trying to fill er up before I get greedy and cash em in.
I think it weighs about 25 or 30 pounds right now.

Keep digging and collecting those treasures
and definitely...keep sharing here with us! Congrats!

Smiles!

Looks good. I'm holding out til the end of the year to see how much(probably lack of) clad I have.

I got a message from a buddy that told me the quarter count didn't add up. I looked at it and sure enough it was wrong. You would think I would have gotten it right.... I used a calculator, lol. Thank you steve.
