Dang, you did stay awhile. That's 88 coins. I was still sore today some. That spot I told you I hit on the way home from the park in an older part of town, what I thought was an 1895 shield nickel, well they didn't make a shield nickel in 1895. At my club meeting tonight I checked it with a jewelers loop, it's an 1865 Two Cent piece. I dropped it in some olive oil and when I get it cleaned up some I will post some before and after pics cause it is one ugly coin right now. Good job on the clad. Hope you can make it Sunday for the relic hunt at the bridge and if we find the homesites maybe some old coins as well. Oh yeah, that silver ring took first prize in the jewelry of the month and the 1865 Two Cent took first place in the coin of the month contest, even as ugly as it is. Got two walking liberty half's for prizes.
