Clad, Oddities, and a possible arrow head?

All of me and my brothers finds from our last few days of detecting in Northern California and Washington. There was a total of 10 quarters, 2 nickels, 29 dimes, and 61 pennies all clad. Also there are random other oddities including 2 toy cars, a horseshore, 2 car parts, lots of keys, a button, a bullet, a tag, and a possible arrow head? If anyone could help identify if thats an arrow head that would be great. It is about 2 inches long and it was found in a place where indians were known to be. Thanks for looking.
