Went out this morning for another pre-work hunt. Although I'm supposed to be on vacation, the U.S. Gov had other plans... (Shutdown/slim-down). No matter what you call it. It sux!

I went back to the hotel area where I found and returned the white gold band last Saturday.

Things were pretty bleak with a few coins and some trash then I got another "bottle cap" signal in the trough.

As I was pulling the scoop up I caught the glimmer of white metal and though I scored a watch. When the sand cleared I was, well pretty damn excited.

10k white gold @ 21 grams. The stone is beat to crap and it's from a Latin American University. Not sure if I will be able to return it. Did a preliminary search and found the school but no mention of an Alumni association.

My wife has some friends who are native to the country of origin so they may be able to help.

Ive got a good friend of mine on his way to Aruba for vacation, he may already be there. I wish I had thought about it earlier...I would of asked you to screw with him at the AP.
