Cloisonné find in small town thrift store

I'm not sure how much it's worth or how old, maybe 1970s, maybe newer?? I'll make no claims when I go to sell it. For $6.43 it looked like a good deal for this cloisonné compote. It's not damaged either. This little town thrift shop didn't think much of it I guess?. Checking on ebay sold prices it's hard to say what it'll sell for. It's pretty good sized also, maybe 12 inches across the top. It was the only thing I found of any interest in this old shop. The place smelled bad and almost all the other stuff inside was junk.
