Closing Out the Year with Gold!

I was able to get to the beach last weekend for a day with our club. It was tough hunting but my buddy pulled a nice gold ring. I went out this past Sunday to a ball field and managed to score two rings. One was a nice 8.3g 14KT gold wedding band. Gold #16 for the year. I also got a 316L spinner ring. FYI..I got gold #15 last sunday. A small .6g ear ring. What a year.

awesome ring!

I was in Myrtle beach last year, but unfortunately wasn't able to detect. While walking on the beach there were a couple of guys detecting. One had just found a corroded Zincoln, but he just left it there on the beach. Hopefully he didn't do that with every find that wasn't a "keeper".
