Looks like a Phillip V half reale with an exceptional strike! The cross side especially is finely centered. Great find!

Phillip V reigned from 1700-1746 (with a brief interlude in the 1720s). Mexico City cobs stopped being made in 1733. However, yours appears to have a partial "J" showing, which would be the assayer Jose de Leon, who worked from 1705-1723. Thusly, your cob is from that date range.
