Went to the monthly coin club auction last night. Picked up a few odds and ends for a couple bucks. Best buy was this Anson sterling belt buckle with embedded Morgan silver dollar for $30. The Morgan has roughly $25 in silver content (most decent Morgans go for $30 anyway). The belt buckle weighs 46 grams itself without the Morgan but it has a "nickel silver back" so I would say roughly 20 grams of it is sterling (the face). So, about a $15 gain.
