hi coin dudes, a friend found this coin, nay idea what it is,
its 3\4 of a inch.

What you have is a Japanese 10 yen minted between 1951 and 1988. I know I said I would never reply to one of your posts again, but there is your correct ID. If the edge is reeded, then it is 1951-58. 1959 to 1988 if plain.

That is the reeded edge variety. I'm not sure which one hmmm's friend has.
