Coin like artifact.

[TiBorn]

About the size of a dime, thick and heavy. Lots of patina. Would like help identifying.

[sibbley]

Bale seal?

[E-Trac-Ohio]

Cool find !

Yes, it looks like it could be a Bale Seal ?

[Gene Mean]

I think sibbley is correct

Congrats on the seal!

[Silvermonkey]

I'm going with " bale seal" too. Nice digs.

I am pretty sure it says ALBANY.

I have never heard of one. I found it with my eagle eyes.

Thanks for the feedback.

[Trezurehunter]

I'm thinking its a Lead Bale Seal also. Neat find.
