✅ SOLVED Coin...old penny???

Hi all! Sorry am totally new to this and no clue what to do when you get a coin in this bad of shape. I think?? I see a 1 and then on the other side with a magnify lens I may work out the word cent but ? Any thoughts?

Soak it in olive oil for a long time, when it turns green use old toothbrushes slowly.

soak it in peroxide with some brushing and possibly know what it is today!

Ok I know it is an Indian Head penny now...just need to get it a little clearer in the date department........
