She’s a crusty one about the size of a nickel but onlyhalf as thick. Any ideas? . Found at my 1752 permission. Thanks for the help.

Rotate the photo of the coin in your fingers 90 degrees clockwise... Looks like the reverse of a Liard de France and the size is right. Without details from the front, it can't really be dated though... probably 1600s.

Yeah I saw that too but there was no way I could have ever referenced it to something. Great call filmiracl! Like that little buckle! Nice finds!

The only reason why I was able to ID it is because I instantly recognized the fleur de lis as it's nearly identical to the condition of the one I found some years ago (though the obverse on mine was somewhat recognizable as well.)
