Ohh I got some good ones also, a few golds and a lot of silver. Im just getting down to not much good stuff left, i still have about 50 lbs of coins though. Bought them from antique dealer a while back and just going through them slowly. If you look my post in whatsit the last few months youll see some good ones.

Was that one coin really solid gold Tex?

The french France was the real deal for sure. That was actually the second lot of coins I bought from this guy.

Im still digging in the first lot, I got krugerand and a 1899 Half eagle out of the first lot, But he knew about those and I paid a pretty penny for all the coins. Ive about broken even on that lot.

The second lot he dident know about the 20 France, I went back and told him and offered to split the profit. But they werent his, he was selling them for someone. He just said "you win"(I only paid 15.00 for that lot)

Aint this a beaut. (out of the first lot) Its my favorit I'll hang on to her for a while,

I've seen logs of bags of mixed coins being sold on ebay all the time but never could bring myself to buy one and look through it, mainly since I know too little about coins.
