1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard juniorcoinmaster! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

2nd - I moved ya from HELP! over to COINS for more exposure.

IMO... these are copies.
I do see that roundness on the details that usually screams copy. The pics are not super clear though when I zoom in to try and confirm. I do believe you are right though

The first isn't round and the other coin looks like it has age

Not the coin, the detail on the coin are very round and you can even see what may be bubbles in a few parts of the details. These things tend to point to cast reproductions. Look up some examples of verified cobs, the struck details are usually much sharper even when worn. Hey I could be wrong though.

Correct... another "give away" is when the details have a raised arch to the tops... this is not correct... and evidence of a cast... not a "press" / "hammering".

Good fakes are hammered to avoid this.

On the second coin you have the reverse of this effect... sunken in... also a sign of a cast.

I agree, they do have the appearance of cast copies.
