1832 provence of Nova Scotia token, 1830 U.S. half dime, and a no date half reale.

Also found this neat sterling pendant that reminds me of North West coast effigies. Any ideas on the pendant?

cool reale! i have one with a hole in it also, seems they wore them quite alot. their form of a bank account i guess :)

clothes had no pockets back then *-- money belts --change purses or pinning money to the inside of clothing all where common ways of carrying money thus the large amount of holed coins --esp the smaller amount common change type used on a daily basis by travellers. (half and reale coins)--to pay for a meal or room for the night --a half bought a meal or a bed -- a whole reale --both
