Al, a buddy of mine once had no change in his mini-van and had to park in the South Loop area of Chicago. He found a Chucky Cheese token in his van from his kids, stuck it in the meter and it gave him 2 hours of parking... I am not advocating willful law breaking, but those year of the rat tokens do have their place. Now what's worth more, 2 hours of Chicago Parking or .07 oz of silver .....
