Nice! I've yet to find any silver but have found a couple of wheaties, regular U.S. coins and plenty of foreign coins, although nowhere near that many, not even in total.

great score...>I do quite well on Silver dimes and foreign coins in those things.

Peres:...the reject bin is open to whoever is dumping change, so you can always check it out with a quick glance.

It amazes me the amount of coins people will actually leave in there..i have found dollars worth of US change that people just walked away from

wow amazing how uninteresting it is to some people. Id be running out with a pocket of coins and a big smile :laughing7:

Why does the coin star reject silver coins, is there a weight difference between silver and clad?

Silver coins are a bit heavier then clad coins.

Wow, that is a lot of coins left behind. I picked up six foreign coins and a mercury dime a couple of months ago and thought that was a lot.

You guys might have just turned me into a coinstar stalker!

I have found lots of silver and wheats in the coinstar machines...if ur lucky enough to be there when they empty them there is a magnet inside that catches a lot of things...including foreign coins..i have ased them for the stuff and they usually give it to me
