got out to my local park today and it was a cold one for sure. ground was frozen for the first three inches but softened up after that.. only could stand two hours of the temps but this is what I found. not much value but some cool things. first is a coupon token. it reads "American clothing company 526 market st." it says that "the holder of this check will be allowed 50 cents rebate on any suit or overcoat" also says "mens suits & overcoats 6 dollars" its made of copper and is about 1inch and half round. pretty cool old coupon. next is a pin . says new york ship building corporation camden nj with "usn. 353 " in the middle. also copper and the pin still works.also a cool eagle token, 1inch round.says no cash value. those three I wasn't sure about . also found a penny coin spill.four steel pennies 1943. 1926 buffalo nickel. about 10 wheat pennies from 1915 to 1950. some 1996 Olympic token and some other odds and ends.not the gold or silver I'm after but I was glad to just make it out.any info on the coupon or pin and token would be great.thanks guys and gals.~matt~
