Your 1/8 real (octavo real) was minted in Durango and varied between 17-18mm. These pieces were frequently struck over 1/8 real, dated 1821-23 of Neuva Vizcaya. All known examples struck over these coins are believed to be contemporary counterfeits.
Your 1824(D) coin is also similar to one minted in 1828. Your coin might be worth $20; the 1828 coin would be worth over $300 in similar condition.

But I was referring to this 1/8 Real coin ( Indian and arrow)

The 1/8 real State Coppers (Indian/bow/arrow) were minted in 1833 and 1834 (ESTADO SOBERANO DE CHIHUAHUA); and in 1855 with the legend ESTADO DE CHIHUAHUA. The '55 might fetch $10 in VG8 and $30 in F12 condition. I can't find any mintage figures for these coins.

PS: Your 1818 1/8R coin is from the series of 1814-1818. Another series of 1812-1814 shows the same images with the exception the earlier series is void of the wreath. The monogram is that of Fernando VII.
