Sorry, but it is not a tractor hitch, it is hand forged, has different curvature and is not broken, the piece in the pic has more to it and as not hang forged, just saying this is not it

Possibly the same idea, only for a wagon of sorts? Or a brake handle for wagon? I’m reachin now, come on, we need a smart guy to step up and put this to rest.
