Columbian court decision?

Did the Supreme Court in Columbia ever come to a decision concerning the lawsuit between Sea Search and the Columbian government over the San Jose?

No decision yet, it's supposed to be made public next week though Monday is a holiday here so don't expect things to happen 'till midweek.
