I served in a Nuclear Submarine back in the sixties. Thank God it was the 1960"s!
These are wonderful pictures. I saw the video's when they discovered/ recovered the boat, but hadn't seen anything since. Thanks for the update.

In this case, it worked. Archaeologists and trained conservators were there, all along.

Btw, I am a huge contributor to C. Cussler's income: I have all his books of the Dirk Pitt Series.
