Confederate Sub Hunly

This is probably old news to you guys back east, but it's new to me. I knew they found the sub and raised it, and then had it soaking in a tank of water getting the salt out and stabilizing the iron etc. Now they are working on removing the crust. I'm pretty sure most treasure hunters will be interested in this.

yea I saw that too, I had wondered what happened to it since they raised it. Alot of work to preserve it, and looking at it , what a treasure, I can't believe people got into that thing, I forget the story of it I will have to look it up to refresh my memory.
