thats pretty cool! is it a d-patent coke?

Naw, it's not. It says Trademark Registered in U.S. Patent Office on one side and Trademark Registered contents 6 1/2 fl ozs on the other.

If I may ask, what is a d-patent?

They're cokes made from Dec 25 1923- 1938. Collectors like them and if they say Pat D you can know they are real, not the 1989 repros

I've seen this done with epoxy, I've also seen it where they pour the epoxy from the coke bottle into a glass and leave it that way for display purposes...

actually, you are thinking of a christmas coke. the ones that are "dated" dec 25, 1923. D-patent cokes are the ones from after that time that just say bottle patent D-105529 these were made from the late 30s into the 50s i think... not a coke expert.

Neither am I. Thanks for correcting me.

Wow it looks like we got another Jimmy Neutron boy genius here.
