Don't know if it's rare or not, but it made my day. Found it in an area where people stayed in shacks and tents during cotton harvests. The landowner told me that these folks migrated with the harvest and that each morning the area farmers would come with teams and wagons to transport the workers to various fields in the area to pick cotton and would take them back to the camp in the evening. The token measures 1" square. I have found several tokens through the years, but this one seems special to me. Would like to put a date to it if anyone has any idea.

For sure, that token would have made my day too!
Can't wait 'till I find one myself.
Keep 'em coming

Happy Hunting,

Johnny

Thanks for the info on the token Johnny.
I found a really nice 1919D Wheatie there also, so that ties in with the dates of the tokens you provided.

TH,
Very cool token. I haven't found any tokens yet, except Chucky Cheese. :(
Congrats,

It's from the late 1920's or 30's. Oxydol was introduced to the P&G product line in 1927.
