Cool watch find

I picked this watch up today for 4 bucks. Works great...It says citizen watch co japan, stainless steel SSG. Does SSG mean stainless steel Gold. I think i did alright with. The price tag on this thing said $325 . Not sure if it really is worth that kinda money though.

Nice vintage Citizen. I only found one reference to the slogan "The Great Performer in Time"and it was used in the late 70's. Here it is-http://tinyurl.com/2f87esm The SSG just means Stainless Steel Goldtone, sorry.

Cool. I don't blame you, that's what i've been doing lately myself. I can tell you that I looked on ebay yesterday while researching your watch and there isn't another Citizen like it on their, that I could find. Is there a model number on it anywhere? That's a nice looking watch.

No luck yet but i've got one more ace up my sleeve. I guess the Citizen website doesn't go back 30 years for model id's. I'll keep you posted. Whats your ebay seller name?
