A Tinkler was worn like decoration I do believe. They did have points that looked like them though. I have never found any cooper artifacts here in this part of GA. I might not even recognize them even if I had though.

Here's some Copper pieces I have.

The first 4 pictures are of some pieces from Wisconsin. Three Copper Points, three Fish Hooks, and one Awl. These were a gift when I was putting my states collection together.

In the top center of the last picture the dark cylindrical piece is a Rolled Copper Bead and it's a personal find.

Thanks guys. Are the copper artifacts only found in the northern states? I found a metal point years ago, but it was a trade item. Thanks Tony

My finds are from Ontario Canada, a few gifts from Wisconsin in there.
