Copper content in Canadian Cents?

Recently began saving pre-1981 US cents... often get Canadian and wondering what years have high copper content?? Which do you save, if any? Thanks :)

Thank you! Great site, looks like keepers through 1996. Is there a similar site for US coin?

It's not as nicely packaged as the Canadian site but most of the information is there if you click on an individual year of a coin. It shows the "metal content" for each.

Ive been saving all Canada coins I find....Do to its worth more then a us dollar....
With the Copper aside of course copper is worth more then the face value.

Its just under 1.05 dollars Canada to us dollar.

So 100 dollars is worth 5 dollars more.
