Copper Find???

Got home after work and decided I go for a quick session of detecting at old house near where I live. Found this copper clad pendent or something like that. There is a raised section with the State of Texas with a star, at the states capital. It has the same thing on both sides with hole through the center. Do not think it is old who ever had it had ties to State of Texas I guess. I guess the hole through the middle allowed it to be worn around the neck or wrist.

Not a great find but an interesting find, hope you enjoy.
