Found in a quite a wild stream away from any human activities. It's quite heavy for it's size, it attracts magnets, found in a stream after water level dropped quite badly and could have a walk in the actuall stream bed. No signs of rust whatsoever.

I don't know what it is, except that it's not a meteorite. The interior broken area shows dozens of vesicles. You would never find those in a meteorite.

If it was found a long way from any indistrial activity (past or present) and not in an area where there could have been slag or coke dumping in the past then it must be of volcanic origin.
