Could it be silver?

Hi All-

Found this dime today and I swear it looks like it says 1960 on it, but it does not appear to be silver with all the rust on it.

What of you all think?

Looks like 69. Mint mark would be on back for silver I believe too.

As mentioned above its not silver unfortunately. The giveaway is the mintmark on the obverse. They only did that with clad issues.

Thanks all for looking at it, I pretty much thought it was not silver but just wanted to make sure. Today I am off to a new baseball field, maybe I will have some better luck today. Fill you all in when I get back.
